Broward County Total Home Sales Rise

Broward County saw a year-over-year increase in total home sales and single-family home transactions in July 2024, with total sales up 1.1% and single-family transactions rising 7.5%. However, existing condo sales decreased by 4.6%. Single-family home median prices increased by 4.2%, while condo prices fell by 2.7%. Total inventory remains down 12.5% from historical averages, but active listings increased significantly. Cash sales accounted for 34.8% of transactions, reflecting strong demand in the market.
